Sophia is an enthusiastic and proactive student who majors in Economics and Psychology at Wellesley College.

As someone who is passionate about building community and educating youths, Sophia has tutored ESL students from Asia to help improve their writing skills, as well as hosted alumni panels to give high school students an insider view of desired colleges.

At Wellesley, Sophia is a leader of several organizations including the Consulting Club and the Women in Business Club where she organizes events to help educate students and expand their professional network. In addition, she is the mentorship program coordinator for Redefine Her Street, an undergraduate finance network that aims to empower women who want to enter the financial services industry.

As the school paper’s editor and debate captain during high school, Sophia has also developed a love for writing, journalism, and debate. Outside school, Sophia enjoys singing along to pop songs, working out at the gym, hiking, and engaging in meaningful conversations with family and friends.
