Working with Millie to curate content for our annual Careers Day was a great experience.

Not only were Millie receptive to our preference for moving from online to in-person events, but they also sourced some fantastic local panellists who were really inspiring for our students - including some of our own school alumni! Millie then went the extra mile to train our students to be the moderators of these panel discussions. This enabled our students to lead by example and develop their soft skills when interacting with the industry experts, building their confidence and leading the way for a really great discussion model to use in the future.

Our careers fair

The online Career Fair is a great way to bring together experts from all over the world. Our students really enjoyed listening to panellists with a range of experiences, making the discussion topics relevant and accessible.

Wider Support

Sharing the weekly Millie events with our students has been a great way to develop their knowledge of the different pathways available to them, as well as introducing new ideas that they previously might not have considered. This is so important for career exploration. It has also been useful for our students to access the monthly SAT diagnostic clinics, as well as exploring what other potential future collaborations the school can develop with Millie.
